Meet the Past Youth Board

The Kids Coming Together Youth Board is made up of local high schoolers. These impressive young people devote their time growing KCT as they develop leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.

Abi Burns

Ronny Whatshername (She/Her)

This is Abi Burns’ second year as the Co-President of KCT. She is passionate about KCT because she knows how important friends are when it comes to having a support system for one’s mental health. In addition to enjoying her senior year of high school at Eastlake, she works at Bellewood and values spending time with friends.

Sahya Bikkula (She/Her)

Sahya is so excited to be serving her second year on the youth board as the Co-President. She joined KCT because she understands the importance of friendship & hopes that a program like this will allow kids to find peers they feel comfortable around. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Abby Wells (She/Her)

Abby Wells is the Vice President of KCT in her third year of working with the organization. She joined KCT because she felt drawn to the values and mission statement, and loves working with kids to complete community service projects. She is a senior at Eastlake High School and outside of KCT enjoys hiking, baking, and reading good books.

Ayeda Masood (She/Her)

Ayeda is a Senior at Skyline High school. She is very excited to serve her second year on the KCT Youth Board as a Youth Board Member. Growing up, she was shy and introverted and understands how important friendships and connections are. She believes KCT can help kids to open up and create meaningful friendships with each other. In her free time, she loves to play the piano, tennis and being with family and friends.

Sunantha Sathish Kumar (She/Her)

Sunantha Sathish Kumar is with us for another year on the board as the Events Manager. She’s currently a junior at Tesla STEM high school and a 16-year-old artist, baker, hiker, and writer who enjoys spending time with kids and giving them a chance to make friends.

Ronny Erlich (She/Her)

Ronny is excited to serve in her third year on the Youth Board! She hopes her work with KCT can give kids someone to count on and somewhere they can feel safe and supported.

Ioli Shrivastava (She/Her)

Ioli is a junior at Skyline High School, and looks forward to serving her third year on the Youth Board. She loves being a part of KCT and greatly enjoys working with kids during community service events. In her free time, Ioli enjoys painting, biking, and playing the violin.

Keaton Staggs (He/Him)

Keaton is a senior at Skyline High School. As a first-year youth board member, Keaton hopes to encourage youth involvement in our community. He joined KCT because he enjoys helping youths form new friendships while contributing service to our community. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with family.

 
Anika

Anika Kamath (She/Her)

Anika is happy and grateful to be serving her second year on the Youth Board, now as the Newsletter Intern! She has been passionate and involved with KCT since she started coming to events as a KCT kid in 8th grade! Anika is a sophomore at Eastlake High School and in her free time, she enjoys talking and spending time with friends and family, baking, dance, and listening to music.

Tanya Nair (She/Her)

Tanya is excited to be serving her first year as an Event Intern on the KCT Youth Board. She is currently a freshman at Eastlake High School. In her free time, she likes to listen to music, read, and be outside and in nature.

Aarushi Bharal (She/Her)

Aarushi is a Senior at Eastlake High School. She is serving her second year on board as the Treasurer Intern. Growing up as an only child, she was shy and struggled with making friends. She joined KCT because she understands the importance of building meaningful relationships and enjoys working with kids. She wished that her younger self had an organization like KCT that allows kids to come out of their shells and believes that a program like this can help kids become more confident and learn communication skills. In her free time, she enjoys photography, playing guitar, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Eva is a senior at Eastlake High School. She is serving her first year on the KCT Youth Board as an event intern. She joined KCT because she loves working with kids and helping them build connections, as she knows what it’s like to be shy and introverted. In her free time, she enjoys painting, drawing, and playing lacrosse.
