Let’s Make Food for the Sophia Way!
Create Meals for Women in Need
Event description & details
Kids in grades 3 to 8 come join our KCT high school leaders in assembling a variety of meals for the women at The Sophia Way – a local shelter that supports women on their journey from homelessness to safe and stable living. No cooking experience needed. This event is one of our most impactful, not to mention fun, for all involved. The women at The Sophia Way appreciate our meals and love it when they hear that the dishes were created by kids and teens. Last month, our parents also appreciated the recipe that the kids memorized!
Note that all materials for this event will be provided by Kids Coming Together unless otherwise specified.
