Join KCT as We Garden in Rain Garden at Lake Sammamish State Park!

Join KCT and the Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park as we learn about rain gardens and get our hands dirty in the beautiful rain garden at Sunset Beach. Make new friends and enjoy the outdoors as we work together and create a cleaner and safer environment! High school students are encouraged to register and help us work with the ecosystem.
Please Note: Do NOT stop at the Ranger’s booth upon entering Lake Sammamish State Park. Once you check in with us at Sunset Beach, a Discover Pass will be given to any families who do not already have one.

Who Can Attend
This event is for kids in grades 3-8 and leaders in grades 9-12.
Volunteer Opportunity
High School Students, sign up to volunteer and earn community service hours! Leaders must arrive 30 minutes before the event start time.
HOW TO SIGN UP
Events fill up fast!
Click on the orange Register Now button to see how many spaces are available and select what age group you are registering for. Then click NEXT and fill out the form. Make sure to fill out the registration with the student’s name – there will be a place for the parent’s information as well.
KCT events are always FREE!
