Event description & details
Join KCT at this inter-generational event where we will be making paper lanterns with thankful messages inscribed on them. As we head towards Thanksgiving, we take this time to have fun while learning what each of us are thankful for. The kids always find it fascinating hearing the different things that older generations have to say and then sharing their own perspectives! NOTE that this event is on a Saturday. We heard from many of you that as the days are getting shorter you would like weekend options for your kids. Help us make this a success and we will plan more weekend events going forward.
Event Highlights

- Learn from older generations and maybe teach them a thing or two as well.
- Bring joy and community to seniors at University House.
Who Can Attend
This event is for kids in grades 3-8 and leaders in grades 9-12.
Volunteer Opportunity
High School Students, sign up to volunteer and earn community service hours! High School students must arrive 30 minutes before the event start time to help set up and learn about the event.

Events are available to book NOW!
Click on the orange Register Now button to see how many spaces are available and select what age group you are registering for. Then click NEXT and fill out the form. Make sure to fill out the registration with the student’s name – there will be a place for the parent’s information as well.
