Helping SODA Maintain the Trails

TEEN-ONLY Event description & details
Marymoor Dog Park is a gorgeous area with lots of trails, woods, creeks, and river side “beaches” set up for all our furry friends. SODA (Serve Our Dog Area) is an organization of volunteers dedicated to stewarding this amazing space. A big part of that is helping maintain the trails twice a year. So… come out, grab a rake, a shovel, or a wheelbarrow and help us spread the new wood chips along the trails. It makes for a fun morning in a beautiful setting, with great people, and you get to log some volunteer community service hours at the same time.
We will provide garden gloves, rakes, and shovels. You are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
We will be meeting at 10am and KCT will finish at noon. (You are welcome to keep working with SODA until 2pm if you wish.) When we finish up there will be hot dogs, vegetarian hot dogs, soda, water, and chips provided by SODA!
An additional release form is required by SODA and must be signed by a parent. We’ll email a copy of the form before the event date. Please print it out and bring a signed copy with you to the event.
Event requirements
- Masks are optional for all KCT events

- Advance registration is required for everyone attending a KCT event
