Crafted with love and chewed with joy: KCT’s Dog Toy event

Do you love dogs? Well, I sure do! My name is Parnitha. I am a freshman in high school, and I have been with KCT for almost three years now. Whenever I go to a dog toy-making event, I think about all the dogs that we give these to. I imagine their tails wagging with excitement and the joy they feel to receive something that is made just for them.

Being part of KCT has shown me how small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Something as simple as making a toy out of fabric and love can brighten a dog’s day. It also reminds me that these dogs, no matter where they are, deserve care, attention, and happiness.

Each time I participate in these events, I feel like I am contributing to something meaningful. It’s not just about the toys, it’s about spreading compassion and helping animals feel loved. For me, it’s a way to give back to the community that can’t always speak for itself but definitely deserves to be heard.

I hope that through KCT, we can continue making a positive impact, one toy and one wagging tail at a time.
